About SDG Week

SDG Week in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) is an activity that lasts for a week, focused on raising awareness and fostering action towards the implementation of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in BiH.

During SDG Week, various events, activities, and initiatives are organized across BiH to engage individuals, communities, businesses, and organizations in advancing the SDGs.

Through workshops, seminars, conferences, exhibitions, and community-driven projects, every year SDG Week provides a platform for dialogue, collaboration, and innovation to address pressing social, environmental, and economic challenges facing BiH. It serves as an opportunity for stakeholders from diverse sectors to come together, share knowledge and best practices, and develop concrete strategies for implementation of the 2030 Agenda within the local context.

SDG Week aims to mobilize citizens, empower communities, and catalyze positive change towards a more sustainable and inclusive future for all in Bosnia and Herzegovina. By promoting education, advocacy, and collective action, SDG Week contributes to the national and global efforts to realize the transformative vision of the Sustainable Development Goals.
