The first SDG Week in BiH closed with the signing of the Pledge for Sustainable Development

Signing of the Pledge for Sustainable Development marked the end of the first ever Sustainable Development Goals Week in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The winners of the SDG Business Pioneers Award in BiH 2019-2021 gathered on October 8, 2021 to confirm their commitment to sustainable business and the Sustainable Development Goals by signing the Pledge for Sustainable Development.

The signatories of the Pledge thus symbolically expressed their determination to lead BiH’s economy in the future as well as in processes such as decarbonisation and the creation of new decent jobs, important for the sustainable development of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Pledge is inspired by similar action in Sweden and shows their commitment to sustainable development and serves as an inspiration to others.
